The lounge is open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM between June and October, and from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM between November and May.

For scheduled service guests, if you have purchased our VIP Experience, you will be met by a Tradewind agent at the jetway of your airline arrival. To purchase VIP Experience or to provide your connecting flight information, please contact us. While we are unable to offer a VIP Experience for return flights to San Juan, all Tradewind guests are met by our team in immigrations and customs and directed to their connecting airline check-in areas.

Each seated guest may travel with 50lbs/23kg of total luggage weight, inclusive of carry-on sized luggage and personal items.

Guests are allowed one personal item, which must measure 6 inches x 9 inches x 17 inches or less in order to be taken into the passenger cabin. Items that exceed these dimensions will be loaded into the luggage compartment of the aircraft.
