ITINERARY CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Tradewind scheduled flight tickets and private charter itineraries may be changed with no fee. New fare may apply. Cancellations outside of cancellation window will result in full credit on account available for booking one year from the date of travel.
COMMISSIONS
Scheduled Service and Private Charter flights are commissionable within 1 year of your client’s flight date. Commissions are paid based on reservations booked. Email our marketing team to provide the agency name and address for your commission checks.
BOOKING
Tradewind scheduled service is bookable in the GDS, via direct access to our booking system or with our reservations team.
Private charter is bookable with our reservations team.
Please contact our reservations team to advise about golf clubs or any other non-standard luggage.

Tradewind Aviation two letter code: TJ
Validating Carrier code: In the U.S. TJ (Tradewind). Outside the U.S. HR (HahnAir)
Booking is available in all major GDS systems:
- SABRE
- AMADEUS
- GALILEO
- WORLDSPAN
- APOLLO
American Express, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted as payment in the GDS.
Note: VIP Experience is not available in the GDS. Contact us directly to set up VIP Experience.
