As of March 10th, 2022, U.S. travelers arriving on a domestic flight are no longer required to present a negative test. Non-U.S. citizens arriving to Puerto Rico must show proof of vaccination to enter the United States.
Should you need a COVID-19 test in San Juan:

If you test positive for COVID-19 during any point of your stay in St Barths, you will be required to quarantine for 7 days from a positive test, and will not be allowed to travel on a Tradewind flight for 10 days.
