Booking Your Travel
Tradewind flights operate from FBO private terminals at Westchester (HPN), Teterboro (TEB), Nantucket (ACK), and Martha’s Vineyard (MVY) airports.
Booking is available as a single trip or with a ticket book, which offers members discounted rates, exclusive access to the automated waitlist system, and Teterboro flights (member-only airport).

Check-In Times
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Check-in for all flights will close 15 minutes before departure to allow for an on-time departure.

Tip: Tradewind flights do not depart from the main Westchester terminal. If using a rideshare service to Million Air at Westchester Airport, please be sure to provide the Million Air FBO address to ensure a smooth arrival at the private terminal.
Tip: For the Teterboro Airport, there are multiple entrances, and we highly recommend using a GPS with the exact address above. On arrival to the security gate, proceed past the Signature FBO entrance to the end of the parking lot where you will see the Tradewind lounge entrance.
Parking Information
Westchester – Million Air:
Valet parking is available at the prevailing rate, which is currently $25/day with a maximum stay of 30 days.
Self-parking is limited. We recommend opting for car service or rideshare for a swift drop-off or pickup. Self-parking has a maximum of 14 days.
Upon reaching Million Air, pull into the portico for valet service and drop-offs. Tradewind check-in is in the portico with a Tradewind representative.
Tip: While Teterboro is closer to NYC, we also recommend taking the Metro-North train to White Plains for a quick 12-minute ride to the Million Air FBO at Westchester County Airport.
Teterboro:
Valet parking is available for $20 per day. There is no self-parking at Teterboro and vehicles that self-park will be towed by Signature Flight Support.
On arrival, pull up to the drop-off area. The valet attendant will ask for your planned return date.
Nantucket:
Short-term pick-up and drop-off parking is available at the General Aviation terminal. Long-term paid parking is available in the airport parking lot.
Martha’s Vineyard:
Short-term pick-up and drop-off parking is available at the General Aviation terminal. Long-term paid parking is available in the airport parking lot.

Preferred Ground Transportation
Tradewind has secured up to 25% off standard rates for services booked with Bespoke Transportation. To book your reservation, please email your request to tradewind@discoverbespoke.com. For best availability, please note that they kindly ask for 24-hours advance notice for all reservations – minimum reservation lead time is 2 hours. All reservations are subject to availability. Other conditions may apply.
Luggage Policy and Guidance
All flights are operated in our modern fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. As a smaller regional aircraft, the Pilatus luggage capacity is limited by space and regulated weight and balance limitations.
Each seated guest may travel with 50lbs/23kg of total luggage weight, inclusive of carry-on sized luggage and personal items. For example: a 30lb check-in, 15lb “carry-on,” and 5lb personal item.
Guests are allowed one personal item, which must measure 6 inches x 9 inches x 17 inches or less in order to be taken into the passenger cabin. Items that exceed these dimensions will be loaded into the luggage compartment of the aircraft.
Tip: If your personal item exceeds these dimensions, we recommend taking out any belongings you wish to keep with you during your flight prior to check-in.
Tip: You can ship your luggage ahead of your trip with our partner Ship&Play if you plan to bring more than 50lb of luggage or any oversized items. Learn more here and redeem a 50% first-time discount!
Tip: Some more options for additional luggage include purchasing another seat (if available at the prevailing rate) or flying on a private charter. Private charters provide more flexibility for larger parties or those traveling with additional luggage and/or non-standard items. Flight Experience
All flights are operated in our modern fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, flown by two pilots at all times. The Pilatus is the most advanced aircraft in its class with the technology, reliability, and safety of larger aircraft.
Our aircraft for scheduled flights are configured with 8 forward-facing seats, each with a window view for checking out the beautiful scenery along your flight. The aircraft is pressurized to fly at high altitude, providing added safety and comfort.
